Crissy Sekine, BSN, RN, RYT Registered Nurse | IV Therapy Specialist | Yoga Instructor. Crissy Sekine is a highly skilled registered nurse with over 15 years of international experience in clinical care, patient education, and integrative wellness. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the Philippines and began her medical career in 2006. Her early years as a nurse were shaped in the fast-paced, multicultural healthcare system of Dubai, where she spent eight years specializing in cardiology, acute care, and patient-centered nursing.
In 2015, Crissy relocated to Seattle, where she has continued to expand her professional focus, developing particular expertise in IV infusion therapy and supportive care for patients with chronic illness. Since joining Sophia Health Institute, Crissy has become an integral member of the clinical team, working alongside world-renowned integrative physicians to deliver individualized, root-cause-based care. Her calm presence, attention to detail, and genuine compassion make her deeply trusted by both patients and colleagues alike.
Crissy is passionate about whole-person healing and believes in the body’s innate capacity to heal when given the right environment. Her approach blends evidence-based medical practices with holistic modalities that support mind-body balance. As a certified yoga instructor (RYT), she incorporates breathwork, mindfulness, and movement into her personal and professional life, and teaches yoga in her local community as a way to give back and inspire others.
Beyond her work in healthcare, Crissy he finds joy in music, paddleboarding, hiking, and exploring the world with her family. Her global perspective, grounded warmth, and joyful energy make her a beloved and essential part of the Sophia Health Institute team.
