Applied PsychoNeurobiology, APN for short, is a combination of techniques used to address the third and fourth levels of healing, the mental body and the intuitive body.  Developed by Dr. Dietrich Klinghardt in the 1980’s, this systemic model of healing has the intention of facilitating communication between the two worlds known to exist, this world and the invisible other world.  The conscious, subconscious, and unconscious can be accessed in order to benefit healing from chronic illness.  Trauma or conflicts can be revealed and addressed with the use of ART and PK (Psychokinesiology) and various techniques, such as MFT (Mental Field Therapy).

When there are unresolved psycho-emotional conflicts or traumas on the mental plane, there is a trickling down effect, which leads to imbalances on the second level known as the energy body, and can develop into physical effects on the first level.  We know that an estimated 50% of chronic illness is attributed to unresolved conflict or trauma in our own life, or is generationally derived; it can also be originated from past, future, or in-between lives.  Often times, illness is an indication that a directional change needs to be made.  A three-generation genogram can help to address generational stress using family constellation work.

With the use of ART and PK, the practitioner can quickly determine the trauma or conflict that is the priority.  Typically, an imbalanced organ is identified, along with an emotion or limiting belief.  An example of this would be the lungs testing as stressed, along with a limiting belief of “I am worthless”.  Then this emotion or limiting belief is traced to its origin.  From there, techniques are utilized to uncouple the ANS (Autonomic Nervous System) from the original memory including MFT, color therapy, and eye movements.

After an APN session, it is highly recommended for the patient to journal for 20 minutes per day without pausing, for 4 days in a row.  The benefit from the session is greater when this is done.
