Juli grew up in the forests of Snohomish, WA with a profound love and appreciation for nature and the concept of innate self-healing.  Over the years, she grew passionate about the methods and successes of shamanic practices, herbal remedies, and mind-body medicine.  Juli’s fascination led her to Bastyr University where she earned a BS in Health Psychology and is currently working toward her MA in Counseling Psychology.  She finds joy and fulfillment in supporting others in their journey through healing and improving quality of life.  Her education, experiences, and ideals have found a genuine home at Sophia Health Institute.  

Juli Lives in Snohomish with her husband Lem and her loyal therapy dogs, Sadie and Leela.  She enjoys organic gardening, cooking, poetry writing, animal training, and adventuring outdoors with friends.
