In addition to my Masters in Psychology, I completed a 3-year course equivalent to a MBA in Leadership and Communication from Authentic Leadership based in Atlanta in 2001. I add this knowledge base frequently in my work as and when appropriate to improve client’s communication and conflict management. I grew up in Namibia and South Africa where I obtained a B.Com (Bachelor in Commerce) and a B.Com Honours degree in Organizational Psychology and registered as a psychometrician with the South African Medical and Dental Board. In my prior career, I worked in the high-tech industry for 17+ years as a senior systems engineer. My career in information technology (IT) brought me to the United States in the early ‘80’s and to Seattle in 1996. In addition to the joys of being a mom, I am a licensed private pilot (not currently flying),
